I've seen the value that scenario work can bring: helping organizations prepare for shocks, get positioned for change, and inspiring ideas for a better future.
But the benefits of scenarios aren't easily gained. One-off workshops seldom cut it. It takes practice, application and strong in-house capabilities. With these in place, organizations are much more likely to reap rewards from using scenarios.
